  • Each roll is wound on an independent station consisting of one or two oscillating arms on its support. 
  • Winding tension is provided by a combined central and peripheral draw system.
  • Central draw is achieved by a transmission with pneumatically loaded clutch and it is regulated by multiple systems allowing adjustment of winding characteristics.
  • Peripheral draw is achieved by contact of the winding rolls with the support drum.
  • Contact pressure is regulated by pneumatic cylinders acting on the arms with double effect: pushing and compensating the weight of the forming roll.

  • Variable parallelism roller before the draw group, adjustable from one side.
  • Draw group with driven steel roller, rubber-coated surface. 
  • Pneumatically operated pressure roller for draw group. 
  • Series of idle rollers for web passage. 
  • 2 support drums in steel, rubber-coated, driven by main motor, one per winding side.
  • Speed between main draw and secondary rollers adjustable to obtain correct tension in cutting zone. 
  • 2 crossbeams for winding stations, each with shaft and gears easily positioned to drive individual winding stations.
  • 2 pneumatic bar pressers to lock bands during finished roll change

  • 1 pneumatically expandable counter-knife shaft with manual counterpoint opening for removal of counter-knives.

  • 16 single knives with pneumatic insertion.
  • Option to insert interchangeable knife-holder flanges to the quick bayonet coupling of pneumatic single knives.
