- In 2002 was done a refurbishment (new screw cylinder complete, outer part of screw, PLAST CONTROL dosing system for 3 materials).
- For the production of tubular and flat film
- Material: LDPE film (from 30 microns) and HDPE film (from 15 microns). The owner produces only HDPE 15 to 25 microns (for t-shirt bags), but they also produced HDPE film with thicknesses over 100 microns
- With Corona treatment
- With micro perforation with cold needles on line

- With bubble cage (with 2 diaphragms – iris)
- With a side gusseting system and a hot slitting unit to split the film and seal it, allowing the production of two separate tubular film reels (for example 500 mm + 500 mm)

- There is no thickness control system, but the existing PLAST CONTROL system gives good thickness results.

- Steel painted structure with stairs, heavy duty made by Alpine company, for safety of operators
