Re\u00e7inelerin ultra d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck nem buhar\u0131 iletim oranlar\u0131 (MVTR) sayesinde, metalize film tabakas\u0131na dayanan \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u0131dalar art\u0131k mevcut ekipmanlarla \u00fcretilen geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebilir film ambalajlara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir. <\/p>\n<p>Bir zamanlar zorlu g\u0131da ambalaj\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n imkans\u0131z oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebilir tek malzemeli plastik bariyer filmler, plastik, ambalaj ve g\u0131da end\u00fcstrilerine d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonomide \u00f6nemli bir a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 kapatma yolu sunuyor.<\/p>\n<h2>Daha ince, daha basit bir yap\u0131ya sahip filmler.<\/h2>\n<p>Bariyer film yap\u0131lar\u0131 tipik olarak nemi gerekti\u011fi gibi i\u00e7eride veya d\u0131\u015far\u0131da tutmak ve g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin raf \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc uzatmak i\u00e7in metalize filmler kullan\u0131r. Bu yap\u0131lar karma\u015f\u0131kt\u0131r ve genellikle kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k malzemelerden olu\u015fan iki filmli (dubleks) veya \u00fc\u00e7 filmli (tripleks) laminasyonlardan olu\u015fur. Bu \u00e7ok malzemeli bile\u015fim, filmin geleneksel teknolojiyle geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesini zorla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r veya imkans\u0131z hale getirir.  <\/p>\n<p>Geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir bariyer film \u00fcretmek \u00f6nemli bir zorluk olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyordu, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc yeterince y\u00fcksek bariyer performans\u0131 elde etmek i\u00e7in filmin \u00e7ok kal\u0131n olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi hakimdi. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.novachem.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nova Chemicals<\/a>&#8216;\u0131n Surpass HPs167-AB PE re\u00e7inesinin piyasaya s\u00fcr\u00fclmesiyle 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir at\u0131l\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Nova Chemicals&#8217;\u0131n Surpass HPs267-AB re\u00e7inesi olan 2021&#8217;de piyasaya s\u00fcr\u00fclen ikinci nesil re\u00e7ine, bariyer performans\u0131n\u0131 bir \u00fcst seviyeye ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131.  <\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn geli\u015fmi\u015f PE bariyer filmleri, art\u0131k geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebilen koekstr\u00fcde PE yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n basitle\u015ftirilmi\u015f bir dubleks laminat\u0131na sahiptir. Gerekli mukavemet ve s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k \u00f6zellikleri, PE bariyer katman\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7evreleyen tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 PE kaliteleri kullan\u0131larak aranabilir. Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan dubleks laminat, tripleks laminatlar\u0131n (PET\/MetPET\/PE) yerini alabilir ve gerekli bariyer performans\u0131, suistimal direnci ve s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k penceresi dengesini elde etmek i\u00e7in \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilebilir.  <\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli i\u015fleme ko\u015fullar\u0131nda tutarl\u0131 nem bariyeri performans\u0131na ek olarak, en yeni PE bariyer filmleri, geleneksel paketleme ekipman\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak ve i\u015flem ko\u015fullar\u0131nda uygun ayarlamalarla PET&#8217;in yerini alacak kadar sertli\u011fe ve \u0131s\u0131 direncine sahiptir. Ayr\u0131ca y\u00fcksek esneme \u00e7atla\u011f\u0131 direnci sunarlar ve metalize filmler gibi i\u011fne deli\u011fi ve a\u015f\u0131nma nedeniyle bariyer kayb\u0131na duyarl\u0131 de\u011fildirler. <\/p>\n<p>Markalar daha s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ambalajlara y\u00f6nelmeye devam ettik\u00e7e, PE bariyer filmlerin geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi plastik at\u0131klar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6p sahalar\u0131ndan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir rol oynayacakt\u0131r. Bu filmlerle geli\u015ftirilen ambalajlar, <a href=\"https:\/\/how2recycle.info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">How2Recycle<\/a> ve <a href=\"https:\/\/nextrex.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NexTrex<\/a> gibi, sorumlu ambalajlamaya y\u00f6nelik artan t\u00fcketici talebine ve daha y\u00fcksek kaliteli geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm i\u00e7in marka sahibi ve perakendeci talebine cevap veren ma\u011faza b\u0131rakma geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm programlar\u0131n\u0131n gereksinimlerini kar\u015f\u0131layabilir. <\/p>\n<p>Daha \u00f6nce geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebilir esnek ambalaj se\u00e7enekleri olmayan f\u0131r\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, peynirler, et \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, makarna, cips, kraker ve kuru meyve gibi g\u0131da \u00fcreticileri art\u0131k bu se\u00e7eneklere sahip. Kanadal\u0131 bir organik un, tah\u0131l ve kuru kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m \u00fcreticisi olan Anita&#8217;s Organic Mill buna iyi bir \u00f6rnektir. <\/p>\n<p>Plastikle kapl\u0131 geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclemeyen ka\u011f\u0131t torbalar\u0131n\u0131n hem insanlar hem de gezegen i\u00e7in iyi \u00fcr\u00fcnler \u00fcretme taahh\u00fcd\u00fcyle uyumlu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 fark eden Anita&#8217;s, yeniden kapat\u0131labilir ambalajlar\u0131 i\u00e7in PE bariyer filmine ge\u00e7ti.<\/p>\n<p>Alt\u0131 katmanl\u0131 film yap\u0131s\u0131 birbirine lamine edilmi\u015f iki filmden olu\u015fuyor: \u00fc\u00e7 katmanl\u0131 d\u0131\u015f bask\u0131 filmi ve Nova Chemicals y\u00fcksek performansl\u0131 PE re\u00e7ineleri i\u00e7eren \u00fc\u00e7 katmanl\u0131 i\u00e7 s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k filmi.
