- Pulling unit driven by an A.C. asynchronous servomotor (digital vector inverter), consisting of a rubber-coated cylinder with a chrome-plated, ground steel counter-cylinder, operated by an adjustable electro-pneumatic system

- New self-locking razor blade holders for fast and secure positioning, using a magnetic locking system
- Pneumatically expanding lower counter-knife shaft with quick inflate/deflate and cantilever opening system. Equipped with self-locking multi-edge counter-knives (5 mm pitch: 2.5 + 2.5 mm), driven by the main motor
- Circular Knife Slitting Group:
- Circular knives driven by the main servomotor with independent, micrometric vertical and lateral adjustment.
- Upper shaft with self-locking circular blade holders.
- Pneumatically expanding lower shaft with quick inflate/deflate and cantilever opening system, fitted with a series of counter-knives.

- Two cutting methods using circular “Scissor” slitting system:
- A) Wrapped Cut: The film wraps around the motorized counter-knife shaft for a stable and precise cut.
- B) Tangential Cut: The film passes tangentially to the motorized counter-knife shaft. This configuration is achieved through two height-adjustable idle rollers positioned before and after the cutting section
- Trim Removal Unit
- Rewinder Unit with two Independent Vectorial A.C. Motors (digital inverters) for autonomous control of each individual rewinding station (upper and lower).
- Independent Hydraulic System for maintaining the position of the rewinding shafts
- Adjustable rewinding Tension, fully computer-controlled for each winding shaft, set via a Touch Screen Operator Panel (the value adjusts automatically based on reel diameter and speed).
- With 4 AC motors (unwinding axis + pulling axis + upper rewinding axis + lower rewinding axis)
- Automatic rewinding Speed Control via PLC, based on the changing diameter of the reels being processed.
- PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) series CJ1 with Human-Machine Interface (HMI) provided via a 10-inch Color LCD Touch Screen Operator Panel. This panel allows the control of all programmable machine functions, such as:
- Positioning System for Winding Cores with Laser Projector with the positioning system for winding cores by Laser projectors and Lateral Unloading Mechanism:
- With automatic system for ejecting the processed reels
- Hydraulic reel lifter
- Lateral unloader with both axial and orthogonal rotation
- With 10 inch PLC for controlling the machine’s functions
