- By using the unwinder and rewinder, along with the installation of the pre-cutting blade, the AUTOSAC 180K allows the production of continuous pre-cut bags. With the assistance of the dancer folding mechanism in the central body, and with the installation of the cutting blade, the AUTOSAC 180K allows the production of single bags.

- The machine is equipped with protection guards directly on the frame (one on the right side, one on the left side, one in the front, and one in the rear), as well as a mobile guard with a redundant safety micro-switch designed to protect the cutting/pre-cutting and welding group. The lateral protections on the top feature a fixed Lexan insert that allows observation of the internal components during operation.
- Unwinder and rewinder are equipped with an emergency cord, which, when activated (either intentionally or accidentally), stops the machine. To restart the machine, a reset is required. There are also protective cover for the speed sensors on both the unwinder and rewinder.
- Unwinder and rewinder include reducers, electrical equipment complying with EN 60204-1, three-phase motors with inverter control, and photoelectric protection barriers.
