- Touch screen panel control
- 2 draw units with servo drive and pneumatic lift –off. Input of cut – off length in 1 mm increments. Web tension adjustment in 0.01 mm increments
- Straight cut and serrated cut assembly. The servo drive ensures automatic adjustment of the cutting speed to the respective cut – off length
- Transport belt with servo drive after the cutting unit, to transfer the separated tubes to the precreasing station
- Pre-creasing station infinitely adjustable by motors while machine is in operation.
- Bottom opening station featuring axial adjustment during operation. When changing the gusset depths, no cams have to be exchanged
- Bottom forming cylinder with adjustable side grippers, adjustment is via electric motor. When changing the bag size, an exchange of the grippers is not required.
- Bottom pasting unit with automatic glue supply, continuous rotation and lift – off at machine stoppage. The glue application unit is designed for the use of low viscosity adhesives.
- Bottom closing station with rotating sickles the position of which is infinitely adjustable by an electric motor during operation of the machine
- Deviating drum
- Delivery cylinder with pneumatic counter. The bag marking the count projects upwards. The number of bags per packet (min 10, max. 50 bags) can be adjusted in increments of one bag
- Electronic print mark control for the processing of pre-printed rolls
- Switch cabinet with PLC, type SIMATIC S 7 frequency converters, type Simovert Masterdrive MC, operating and control units incl. connecting cables as per standard installation drawing.

- SERVO driven to synchronize the machine speed with the speed of the paper web. All cut-off length (incl. handle) of the bag machine can be processed. With 360 ° adjustment of the unit
