  • With a proven design, this ring made of aluminum allows for excellent cooling and great bubble stability
  • The quantity and flow of cooling air are ensured by large vents arranged symmetrically and by a large distribution lung
  • The newly designed dual-flow inserts allow low-speed pre-cooling of the material at the exit of the die and final cooling of the bubble with high-speed cold air which, thanks to the Venturi effect, stabilizes the bubble even at high flow rates (In case of line configuration for high neck HDPE production, an alternative will be provided special “L” insert)
  • Installed fan power: 15 kW

  • Ring body

  • Perforated ring for bubble stabilization

  • Internal cooling system of the bubble which, by regulating the air introduced and the air extracted, controls its diameter
  • It consists of a box with a filtering hood containing the fans, easily accessible for cleaning the filters

  • It is composed of an ultrasound sensor that detects the diameter of the bubble and consequently regulates the quantity of air being extracted, by controlling an iris-type valve. This type of valve allows finer regulation and therefore greater bubble stability

  • Pressure gauge (with 2 alarm sets) for each extruder
